Morning Glory is committed to serving all children without regards to gender, race, color, religion, national origin, or economic backgrounds. Our enrollment is open to all.


We offer opportunities for parent(s) to:

  1. View learning the environment

  2. Bring your child in to interact in the environment

  3. Meet with us at enrollment to share details regarding your child’s development, any concerns you may have, and discuss Policies and Procedures of Morning Glory ELC/ITC

  4. Arrange a home visit

Our Center maintains an open door policy. You are welcome to come and participate or observe your child at anytime.

Preschool

School Readiness

There may be school readiness slots available for residents of New Haven and if available tuition will be on a sliding scale. The family income will be computed based on the State Median Income Guidelines.

  • Four (4) consecutive weeks of payroll checks are necessary to compute tuition (reviewed each year).

  • Parents who are below 75% of the State Median Income Guidelines are encouraged to apply to the childcare assistance program (Care 4 Kids); every effort will be made to help you to secure funding.

Infant/Toddler

There may be early care and education slots available for residents of New Haven within the Office of Early Childhood (OEC) and/or Early Head Start (EHS) programs and if available tuition will be on a sliding scale. Family income may be computed based on the State Median Income Guidelines or the Federal Guidelines.

Enrollment Process

First, download both our flyer and booklet to review what Morning Glory is all about. If still interested, please fill out application. To expedite the process, fill out reduced tuition to schedule a tour. After the tour, click on next step to enter the parent only section of our website to fill out packets 2-4 to enroll your child.


McKinney-Vento Homeless Education Assistance Act

There is a special provision for families who don’t have a permanent residence. This refers to any family who doesn’t own their own home, have a current rental agreement or otherwise. If you are staying with family or friends and your name is not on the lease, you may qualify for additional funding towards your childcare. Fill out this form to access the funds.
